Graeme Brodie
Graeme recently joined Upper Quartile following four years' experience in a private economic development consultancy. He has expertise in programme evaluation, economic and labour market data analysis, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Graeme has worked on a wide range of projects for both public and private sector clients including Scottish Enterprise, the Scottish Government, Clyde Gateway Urban Regeneration Company, Dundee Partnership, the Federation of Small Businesses, and several Local Authorities in the west of Scotland.
Graeme has particular expertise in the interrogation and analysis of economic and labour market data. He has provided economic benchmark reports for a number of Scottish Local Authorities, Scottish Enterprise, and several Further Education colleges. He recently carried out a review of the economic performance of Glasgow between 2000-2010 on behalf of the Glasgow Economic Commission - a private sector leadership Board comprising the Edrington Group, Clyde Blowers, Tesco Bank and Scottish Power.
Graeme has also contributed to economic impact assessments for a number of private sector developers; assisted in a review of the economic targets in the Dundee Single Outcome Agreement on behalf of Dundee Partnership; and produced an inaugural Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Report for Clyde Gateway Urban Regeneration Company.
