Specialisms

We have three main areas of specialism. Firstly economic development and reform, where we advise Governments and their agencies on promoting economic growth and modernisation. Our work here covers both developed economies such as the UK and emerging economies, for example in Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa. Secondly we specialise in post-conflict reconstruction, working with Governments, donors and companies to help rebuild the economic infrastructure, private sector and Government capacity. Our third area is business strategy and performance, working with private companies on a range of business challenges including strategy, market entry, restructuring, acquisition and sale. This area includes involvement in building partnerships between the education sector and industry.
