Support to Contract Management

Upper Quartile have been supporting the delivery of a $30 million contract in Basra with the South Oil Company through support in delivering Letters of Credit, evaluating alternate banking arrangements, debt collection and management of visa processes for South Oil Company Staff visiting the UK for equipment tests.
