Upper Quartile is delivering a contract for the FCO and the Department of Energy and Climate Change in  the Ministry of Oil in Baghdad on an Energy Sector Skills Development programme.   The energy sector in Iraq is the primary driver of economic recovery and the British Government is working collaboratively with the Government of Iraq to build skills capacity in the Energy Sector  and provide support to the Iraqi management to ensure best-value is extracted from its vast hydrocarbon reserves.  

 

The Iraqi Government is committed to opening up channels to world class expertise in the oil and gas sector for training, education and sector-specific skills to build a self supporting, sustainable energy sector in Iraq. We are very proud to be working on this with the Ministry of Oil.
