Upper Quartile has a joint-venture with Oilbase Management People Limited to manage the recruitment and short / medium term contracts for oil-field staff to Oil Service Companies in Iraq.   

 

We have long seen a need for a professional recruitment and management company operating in Basra and are very happy to announce the venture.  

 

Oilbase Management Limited is a UK company, established in 1979 providing specialist technical personnel for the upstream oil and gas industry.   With its Head Office in Aberdeen and a global spread of operations we hold a database of over 6,500 international technical and professional staff and currently deploy 100 staff in several countries.   Clients include PetroFac, BP, Tullow Oil and Apache North Sea Limited.
